We are extremely excited to be able to release an aged Mead set.
This set gives you the chance to try our three aged meads – Urd, Verdandi and Skuld – at a special ‘try me’ price (limited to 50 in total). The meads are a wild ferment (no yeast is added) ‘hydromel’ (pure honey mead), using Wildflower honey in a medium-sweet recipe. They are aged for 1, 3 and 5 years.
Can be served however you wish –chilled, over ice, room temperature or warm. Like any aged product, deserves to be savoured – with friends if willing to share!
FREE FROM: Gluten, Wheat, Fish, Dairy, Sulphites, Eggs, Gelatin – suitable for vegetarians
As this is a natural product, some hazing and sedimentation is likely to occur. Leave to settle in a cool, dark place and pour carefully. This a natural part of the maturation process and is not harmful to consumer or product. In fact, it will taste even better for it and it is why we use a decanter style bottle!
